These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Solid Ground Calls Business Process Outsourcing Services ("SGCS", "we", "us", or "our"), operating as Solid Grounds Calls Services. By engaging our services or submitting a contact inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SGCS aims to provide uninterrupted 24/7 service coverage. However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

4. Confidentiality

SGCS treats all client business information, call data, and customer details shared in the course of service delivery as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client or caller information to third parties except as required by applicable law.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are agreed upon between SGCS and the client prior to commencement of services. Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. SGCS reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.

6. Pilot Program

SGCS may offer a free 30-day pilot program to select clients. The pilot is provided at no cost and with no obligation to continue after the pilot period. SGCS reserves the right to limit pilot availability and eligibility at its sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SGCS shall not be liable for:

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. SGCS reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these Terms or for conduct that poses a risk to our operations, staff, or other clients.

All content on solidgroundscallservices.org, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of SGCS and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from service engagements shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or arbitration bodies in the Philippines.

SGCS is registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) of the Republic of the Philippines as a sole proprietorship, registration number 7770358, at #95 General Menez Street, Parang, Marikina City, Philippines.
